Located at a busy intersection and surrounded by mature greenery, Olivo Square has been transformed into a contemporary multifamily residence through a focused architectural intervention. The scope—targeted yet impactful—included a full façade renovation of the main buildings, a redefined landscape strategy, and an overhaul of the complex’s visual identity.
The refreshed brickwork is paired with a matte black metal roofline, lending the structure a grounded presence without overpowering the streetscape. New signage and branding elements strike a balance between modernity and familiarity, offering a clear visual anchor for both residents and visitors. The landscape introduces native and drought-tolerant species, framed by desert-inspired stonework and low-maintenance planters that soften the site's edges while enhancing circulation and visibility.
With minimal gestures and measured materiality, the redesign elevates the character of the development, creating a cohesive and market-ready identity for a revitalized residential hub.
