If you’re in the pre-construction phase of the project, and need an expert set of eyes on your existing plans that’s where we shine. Not only do we review space optimization, but we run thorough cost analyses to ensure you’re getting the most out of each dollar.

We will also work with your current architect or designer to improve various aspects of the plans themselves.
